আলোকিত নারায়ণগঞ্জঃ নারায়ণগঞ্জ ও সাতক্ষীরায় নতুন দুটি সরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় স্থাপনে আইন অনুমোদন দিয়েছে মন্ত্রিসভা।
প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার সভাপতিত্বে সোমবার (৪ সেপ্টেম্বর) তার কার্যালয়ে মন্ত্রিসভা বৈঠকে এই অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়।
আইন দুটি হলো- জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, নারায়ণগঞ্জ আাইন, ২০২৩ এবং সাতক্ষীরা বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আইন, ২০২৩।
বৈঠক শেষে সচিবালয়ে ব্রিফিংয়ে মন্ত্রিপরিষদ সচিব মো. মাহবুব হোসেন বলেন, অন্যান্য পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আইনের মতো এ দুটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে।
